BOS138 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Policy for Malaysia

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or using any part of the BOS138 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all other policies referenced in this document, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy BOS138.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("Player" or "Member") and BOS138 ("Platform", "We"). Continued use of the BOS138 platform following any amendments to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use the BOS138 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years old at the time of registration. BOS138 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by underage individuals.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence.
• Not residing in a country or territory where the use of online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You have never voluntarily closed your own account for responsible gambling reasons, or if you have, the self-exclusion period you set has since expired.
• Not a citizen or permanent resident of any jurisdiction specifically restricted by BOS138.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold a BOS138 account. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances without notice.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as shown on your identification document, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. BOS138 reserves the right to request a copy of your identification document, such as your MyKad or passport, for identity verification purposes at any time.

• You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
• Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any other party.
• BOS138 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of account security.
• You must notify BOS138 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• BOS138 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure.

Any changes to personal information such as your phone number or email address must be updated promptly via account settings or by contacting BOS138 support. Failure to keep your information accurate may result in withdrawal processing delays or identity verification issues.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

BOS138 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players: DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for all payment methods.
• Deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to your account balance in under 60 seconds.
• All deposits must come from legitimate sources and be owned by the player themselves. BOS138 strictly prohibits the use of another person's payment method without authorisation.
• BOS138 does not charge any fees for standard deposits. Any charges imposed by payment providers are beyond BOS138's control.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the BOS138 account.
• Withdrawal processing time: 5–15 minutes for Pro and VIP Elite members; up to 30 minutes for regular members.
• BOS138 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for deposit or to a method approved by BOS138.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

BOS138 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions stated in the relevant bonus terms. General conditions that apply to all BOS138 bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering requirement: All bonuses received must have their wagering requirements met before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are stated specifically in each bonus offer (e.g., 20x, 30x).
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the relevant bonus terms. Using a bonus on ineligible games may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Each player may claim each type of bonus once only, unless stated otherwise in the relevant offer.
• BOS138 reserves the right to void any bonus found to be misused or applied in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of the promotion.
• Members who register with false information or create multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses will forfeit all bonuses and account balances.
• BOS138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules

All games on BOS138 — including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, lottery, Sports Betting, and instant games — are subject to their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface.

General principles applicable to all BOS138 games:

• The outcome of all games is determined by an independently audited random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by real physical processes overseen by dealers and cameras. BOS138 does not interfere with game results in any way.
• Confirmed bets cannot be withdrawn. Players are responsible for ensuring their bets are correct before confirming.
• In the event of a technical disruption or an undeterminable outcome during gameplay, BOS138 will rely on server records to establish the correct result.
• BOS138 reserves the right to void any rounds or games affected by system errors or serious technical failures, and players will be refunded their wager amounts.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface. BOS138 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

7 Acceptable Player Conduct

BOS138 players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly at all times while using the platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• The use of offensive, obscene, or threatening language in any BOS138 communication channel, including support live chat.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt BOS138's systems, servers, or networks.
• The use of any technical or non-technical methods to exploit vulnerabilities or bugs within the BOS138 system. Players who discover a bug are required to report it to BOS138 support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Identity fraud or registering under another person's name.
• Use of illegal funds or money obtained through unlawful means for deposits at BOS138.
• Any suspicious activity related to money laundering.

BOS138 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and report it to the relevant authorities where necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

BOS138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a player's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Detection of multiple account ownership.
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Voluntary account closure request by a player for responsible gambling reasons.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If no violation is found, the account and balance will be fully reinstated. If a violation is established, BOS138 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance.

Players who wish to close their account may do so by contacting bos138 support via live chat. Any remaining balance (minus any bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the original payment method within three business days.

9 BOS138 Liability Limits

BOS138 makes every effort to keep the platform running smoothly, but cannot guarantee that access will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. You agree that your use of the BOS138 platform is at your own risk.

• BOS138 is not liable for any financial losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond BOS138's control, including internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• BOS138 is not liable for any acts or omissions by third-party payment providers that result in delayed or failed transactions.
• BOS138 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to an account due to a player's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Under no circumstances shall BOS138's total liability to a player exceed the account balance held by that player at the time the claim is made.

In the event of any conflict between the Bahasa Malaysia version and any other language version of these Terms, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.

10 Responsible Gaming

BOS138 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all members. We provide a range of tools within every account to help players maintain control over their gaming habits:

• Daily and weekly deposit limits: Set the maximum amount you can deposit per day or per week through your account settings.
• Loss limit: Set a daily or weekly loss limit — once the limit is reached, the system will block further betting until the limit resets.
• Session time limit: Set a daily playtime limit to prevent excessive gaming.
• Temporary break: Take a break from the platform for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days — your account will be inaccessible during that period.
• Permanent account closure: Players who wish to stop permanently may request a full account closure — this decision is irreversible.

12 Amendments to Terms

BOS138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on this page, with the latest update date displayed at the top of the document.

For material amendments that significantly affect player rights, BOS138 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification at least seven days before the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of the BOS138 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the BOS138 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the player and BOS138.

If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the matter may be referred to arbitration or a dispute resolution body agreed upon by both parties.

BOS138 operates entirely online and has no physical premises in Malaysia. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the BOS138 platform is lawful and compliant with the laws of their country or territory of residence.
